The Wisconsin Elections Commission found probable cause to believe Elon Musk violated the state’s election-bribery law with a deleted post promising million-dollar checks to people who voted. Tim Gruenke, a career La Crosse prosecutor, is now reviewing whether the state can prove a charge.
